* UNTIL 415 PM CDT

* AT 325 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM...CAPABLE OF
  PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS
  LOCATED NEAR NEW GERMANY...OR ABOUT 19 MILES EAST OF HUTCHINSON...
  AND MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
